Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EZ Reels (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a plan, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your access credentials secure, and use the Service lawfully. You may not use it to violate rights, create or distribute unlawful or harmful material, evade limits or payment, interfere with the Service, or misuse third-party models or providers.

2. Your content and our operating rights

You remain responsible for the images, prompts, and other material you submit, including having the rights and permissions needed to use them. To provide, secure, improve, and enforce the Service, you give us the limited right to host, process, transmit, store, review, moderate, and delete submitted material and generated outputs.

We may remove or disable content, cancel generations, withhold or revoke credits, limit or suspend access, or close an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, abuse, or payment loss, comply with law or a rights-holder request, or protect users, providers, and the Service. Subject to these Terms and applicable provider terms, we do not claim ownership of your submitted content solely because you use the Service.

3. Plans, credits, and renewal

Paid features consume the credits shown before generation. A subscription provides the stated monthly credit allowance. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change future prices, plans, models, supported options, or credit costs by giving notice before the change applies to a renewal or new purchase.

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless cancelled before the next renewal. An annual plan is paid yearly, but its stated credit allowance is issued monthly; it is not a twelve-month credit balance issued in advance.

4. Cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are final and cancellation stops a future renewal; it does not create a refund for the current paid period. One-time credit purchases, used or expired credits, completed generations, and completed service periods are not refundable.

If we approve a refund, or are required to provide one, the maximum refund for a subscription is proportional to the unused part of the paid term. For a monthly plan, it is the monthly fee multiplied by the number of full unused days remaining in the current paid period, divided by the total days in that period. For an annual plan, it is the annual fee multiplied by the number of full, not-yet-started monthly allowance periods remaining, divided by twelve. The current monthly allowance period is treated as started once its credits have been issued. Taxes and non-refundable payment processing charges are excluded where permitted by law.

When a payment is disputed, refunded, or charged back, we may immediately cancel the related paid access and clear the account’s remaining credit balance, including promotional or subscription credits. While a dispute is pending, we may suspend access and credit use. If a payment dispute is later resolved fully in our favor, any restoration is subject to our review and the payment provider’s final confirmation.

5. Availability and changes

AI results can be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, or payment rules change. The updated version applies when posted, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
